Spina, a record setting realtor for Keyes Real Estate in Palm Beach Gardens has just released his preliminary numbers for the first quarter of 2011.
Recent reports show over 51 closing in the first quarter of 2011 for Spina, an astonishing amount in sales during what is known as the real estate slump of the century. Equally impressive are his 23 pending sales and 16 deals that were under contract in only 10 days. “These numbers reflect the hard work of not just me but the other Realtors on my team,” says Spina. “We are incredibly encouraged by these numbers and business just continues to get busier and busier as we move through the spring season.”
